We custom raise a limited number of Pigs annually. Our pigs dressed weight range from 200 lbs. to about 230 lbs. The pigs are fed grain and fresh vegetables only. The majority of their diet is corn. Our pork is USDA inspected . Individual cuts are available including ham, ham steaks, roasts and chops. Prices are according to the cut.
Black Angus or White Faced Hereford Beef
We custom raise beef on pasture, our hay and our own silage corn. We never use antibiotics or steroids in the raising of our animals .Beef is sold by the pound. Pricing varies based on the cut. Beef is available at the farm store and the farm.
